Royal RSL type KNIGHTRIDE Series Ejector Sleeves are precision crafted from the finest grade of H-13 thermal shock resistant hot-work die steel. The nitride coating is applied in a proprietary process, which creates a diffusion layer between the hardened casing and the softer core. The process produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life. It also prevents surface galling and flaking which may be a problem with other ejector sleeves. The inside diameter is precision ground to a tolerance of +.0005"/-.0000".

The available fractional inch inner diameters are 3/32, 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, and 3/4. The available lengths are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 inches. Please contact us if you need a different diameter, or if you need us to make any alterations.
