Royal TRUE-HARD Ejector/Core Pins are made from superior quality, wear resistant M-2 high speed steel, through hardened and double tempered to 60-63Rc in a specially developed vacuum heat treating facility which is computer regulated to produce maximum toughness and durability. The diameters are precision ground after hardening to insure the high accuracy and finish.

This Royal PTD type ejector pin has a cylindrical head and a straight shank. It is made of M2 high-speed steel heat-treated to a hardness of 60-63 Rc and then precision form-ground for better tolerance and finish. The shank diameter tolerance is -.0000/-.0003 inches. This is the "TIGHTEST TOLERANCE IN THE INDUSTRY (.0003")".
