The freight amount (and sales tax) shown for your order is an estimate. Your actual freight charge (and sales tax) will be determined at the time of shipment and could be higher or lower than what is displayed here. Please contact us if you need to know the exact freight amount (and sales tax).
You can choose the shipping methods you need. When Business Days in Transit is shown, it is an estimate of the time required for your order to arrive after it leaves our facility. Most of the product pages in our store show a Lead Time which is the time required to prepare your order for shipment. Add the Lead Time to the Business Days in Transit to estimate when your order will arrive.
When 2 or more menus of shipping methods are shown, this indicates that our products will ship to you from different locations. Choose the method you need from each location.
If your order is shipping outside the USA, please add an extra 2 to 3 business days for preparation at our facility. You might have to pay import duties, customs fees, or taxes to receive your order. These import fees are levied when your order reaches your country. Import fees vary from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
For pre-paid-and-add shipments, we insure each shipment against damage or loss up to a maximum value of $100. Please contact us if you need more insurance. For all other shipments (such as, but not limited to, UPS Collect on Customer’s UPS Account Number), we have no insurance. All claims for damage or loss need to be filed by the customer with their carrier.
