This Royal MQB type quill punch/perforator punch/core pin blank has a cylindrical head and a straight shank. It is made from an inventory of M2 high-speed steel blanks which are heat-treated to a hardness of 60-63 Rc and then precision form-ground for better tolerance and finish. We grind the shank to your required shank diameter within a tolerance of +.008/-.000 mm.

The available decimal millimeter diameters are 0.80 to 7.00 in .01 increments. Please contact us if you need a diameter manufactured to a .001 increment, or if you need us to make any alterations.
