This Royal EJ type slug ejector pin is normally installed inside a shoulder punch or ball-lock punch. In operation it ejects a slug from the end of the punch while the punch pierces a hole

The ejector pin is made of O-1 tool steel hardened to 44-48Rc. The shank is ground to a tolerance of +/-.001". These ejector pins are also be referred to as kicker pins.

The available inch sizes (D/L) are .015/1.11, .020/1.11, .027/1.38, .041/1.94, .058/1.94, .089/2.22, .120/2.22 inches. Spring and set screws are not included. Please contact us if you need a different size, or if you need us to make any alterations.
