The heads are dawn to 40-55 RC for PT-11 through PT-17.This Royal PT type ejector pin has a cylindrical head, a straight shank, and a shoulder. It is made of M2 high-speed steel heat-treated to a hardness of 60-63 Rc and then precision form-ground for better tolerance and finish. The shank diameter tolerance is -.0005/-.0008 inches. This is the "TIGHTEST TOLERANCE IN THE INDUSTRY (.0003")".The available fractional inch diameters are 1/32, 3/64, 1/16, 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 11/64, 3/16, 13/64, 7/32, 15/64, and 1/4.
